NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE NO. 28/25/PQ/DIR/DTM/B.GPL

"Establishment of a shortlist of suppliers of piping, valves, and fittings for LPG and fire-fighting networks"

The National Petroleum Products Marketing and Distribution Company NAFTAL Spa, LPG Branch/Technical and Maintenance Department, is issuing a national and international prequalification notice concerning: "Establishment of a shortlist of suppliers of piping, valves, and fittings for LPG and fire-fighting networks" Valves and fittings for LPG and fire-fighting networks.

This prequalification process is open to any candidate with proven experience of five (05) years or more in the above field.

Candidates interested in this offer are invited to provide their applications containing the following documents:

Copy of the company's articles of association, if applicable;

Copy of the trade register;

The nature and extent of previous and ongoing disputes;

A list of major similar contracts including:

A brief description of the contract and its characteristics;

The client's name and contact details (telephone, fax, and email);

Certificates of good performance or final acceptance reports;

The candidate's name and contact details (telephone, fax, and email).

Application files must be submitted anonymously, in two (02) paper copies and one (01) magnetic copy, no later than 3:30 p.m. on the Thirtieth (30) calendar day as of the date of publication of this prequalification notice at BAOSEM, to

NAFTAL Spa Branche GPL (Direction Audit-Département marchés), sis à 05, Rue Hameug Idir – 16130 Mohammadia, Alger.

In the event that the submission deadline falls on a public holiday or a statutory day of rest, the submission deadline will be extended to the next business day. The application must be submitted in a sealed outer envelope, bearing only the following information:

Unsuccessful applicants may introduce a reourse by any means within forty-eight hours (48 hours) as of the date of receipt of the rejection notification.

Applicants who meet the prequalification criteria will be invited to participate in the next consultations to be launched by NAFTAL.

Any application received after the aforementioned deadline will be rejected.

The results of this invitation to prequalification will be published in BAOSEM.
