The National Hydraulic Drilling Company “FORAQUA Jsc” issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender regarding:

Supply and commissioning of an engine CATERPILLAR C13 type intended for a DRILLMEC G33 type drilling rig

The tender file may be withdrawn by any interested service provider upon presentation of a letter of mandate and a copy of the trade register, at the following address:

And this against payment of a non-refundable amount of (10.000.00 DZD) or its equivalent in foreign currency.

Payment must be made in cash at the company's Finance department.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to tender.

The deadline for submitting offers is set at twenty-one (21) days as of the date of publication of this Invitation to Tender’s notice in BAOSEM, at the following address:

The envelopes containing the technical and financial offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives at the opening session which will take place at the General Management of the company 08 rue des Aurès El Harrach, at a date and time that will be communicated later to the tenderers who have withdrawn the specifications, by fax or Email.

The tenderers remain engaged to their offers for a period of 120 days, as of the date of opening of the offers.
