NOTICE OF AN OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER
N°02/2019/NAFTAL/B.CBR/DCQP&M

The national company for marketing and distribution of petroleum products NAFTAL SPA with a capital of 40 billion DA, Fuels Branch, Transportation Office, launches an open tender to national and international competition for:

Supply and commissioning of two (02) provers’ piston of 500 m3/h for calibration the flow meters and training.


Withdrawal of the tender dossier will be done electronically at the address CBR.Marches@naftal.dz, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Seven Thousand Dinars (7 000 DA) for the national bidders and Seventy Euros (70 €) for the foreign bidders, Payable by transfer to the account N ° 00200016160166050679, from: B.E.A Agency, Palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes - Algiers and this, from the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The submission form is in two (02) separate stages:

the first stage: delivery and opening of technical offers, they will be delivered by the bidder or a duly authorized representative and opening right away, the opening of the Technical COPs is fixed on: 03/11/2020 à 09h00 at the head office of the Fuel Branch, located at Houari Boumedienne Airport, Dar El Beida - Algiers.

Under this call for tenders, technical offers must include the following statement:

In addition to the original, the bidder must provide two (02) copies of the technical offer.


The technical offers are accompanied by a guarantee of offers of : Three Million Dinars (3.000.000,00 DA), for The National bidders and Thirty Thousand Euros (30.000 €), for the foreign bidders, whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e. one hundred and twenty 120 days, with an additional period of thirty 30 calendar days.


2nd step: delivery and opening of financial offers, they will be delivered by the bidder or a duly authorized representative and opening right away, a letter of invitation specifying the place and date of opening of COP Commercial folds will be addressed only to eligible bidders for the commercial offer.
