Sonatrach RPC activity Company, refining operations division, Arzew refinery staying to the following address BP 37 31200 Z.I Arzew - Algeria issues a National and an International Open Competitive Invitation to Tender regarding the:

« Supply and Installation of a lightning rod system»

The specifications’ book can be withdrawn from the markets making structure of Arzew Refinery before the withdrawal deadline fixed at Forty-Five (45) days calendar days starting form the first publication of this Invitation to tenders at BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against the payment of a non refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10 000) Algerian Dinars for the Algerian companies, and One Hundred (100) Euros for the foreign companies companies and presentation of a copy of the electronic commerce register.The payment will be carried out by transfer to the bank account of Arzew Refinery:

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Tender Dossier (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Only one stage mode of tender is applied for the present invitation.

Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds’ contents in the same fold anonymous, with the following address:

“Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-”

At the latest the deadline for submission of bids set at Sixty (60) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM, before 15h00.

The technical bids, together with the bid bond whose amount is fixed at:

• One Million Eight Hundred Thousand (1 800 000,00) Algerian Dinars for the Algerian companies.
• Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred (11700 €) Euros for the foreign companies.

Which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is 180 days, with an additional of 30 calendar days.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it, during the opening meeting taking place at the Arzew Refinery on the day fixed by an invitation which will be transmitted to each tenderers.

The folds containing the financial offers open and will be examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to assist to with it or their representatives duly designated at the time of the meeting of opening and of examination of the financial offers which will be held at the date, per hour and with the address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed to the only tenderers of which technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the File of Invitation to tender.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 calendar days starting from the date of the opening date of the envelopes.
