And not later than 42 days before 15h00, as of the publication date of this notice in the Baosem.
The Algerian tenderers may withdraw the specifications in return the payment of a non-repayable amount of 5000.00DZD and the presentation of the trade register bearing the activity code of the present tender’s object. The payment shall be made by transfer into bank account n° 002 00056 56 0 56 62 325 38 open at External Bank of Algeria BEA, Agency of Biskra, 07000 Algeria.
Foreign tenderers may withdraw the specifications in return the payment of (a non-repayable) amount in convertible foreign currency, equivalent to 5000.00DZD, following the exchange rate on the day of the payment transaction. The payment shall be done into account n° 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59 open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA) agence Djenane El Malik, Hydra Alger Algeria.
The payment voucher for the specifications must be in the name of the company wishing to participate.
The tenders’ submission in one (01) stage applies to the present invitation to tender.
Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical offers, without no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be handed over, at the same time, in two separate envelopes put inside the same envelope, at the above address, in 63 days utmost before 15h00, as of the first publication of this notice.
If one the deadlines (the specifications’ withdrawal deadline or the offers’ submission deadline) coincides an ordinary rest or a day off, the deadline shall be extended to the following workday.
The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 800.000.00DZD or its equivalent in foreign currency (for the foreign tenderers). The validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days, that is180 days as of the offers’ submission deadline.
The folds containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of tenderers' representatives (s) who wish to attend the public offers’ opening session which shall take place at the date and time mentioned in the invitation letter addressed to tenderers having withdrawn the specifications.
The folds containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers) who wish to attend the public offers’ opening session or their duly representatives at the financial tenders’ opening and examination session which shall take place at the date and time mentioned in the invitation letter addressed to tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conform to the tender’s specifications requirements.
The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
