THE SUPPLY AND SERVICE OF INSTALLATION A FLARED GAS METERING SYSTEM AT THE GL1K PLANT IN ONE STEP

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the Legal department, GL1K plant Z.I LP 72 Skikda 21000, counter payment of a nonrefundable amount of five thousand (5 000) Dinars for the national tenderers and counter payment of a nonrefundable amount of fifty (50) Euros for the international tenderers on presentation of a copy of the register of trade and of a mandate for the person charged to withdraw the tender documents.

The payment will be carried by transfer with the bank account:

Also, the companies which wish to withdraw the schedule of conditions by electronic way can formulate the request for withdrawal by E-mail to the following electronic address:

The payment will be carried out on the level of the case of the department finances

The mode of tender in one (01) step apply to the present Invitation to tender.

 Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any price indication and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope to the address GL1K plant LP 72-SKIKDA. 

The deposit of the offers will be done at the latest for sixty (60) days as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM. 

The offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of 1 500 000 DA for companies under Algerian law the amount of the bid guarantee in Dinars and 10 000 Euros (€). companies governed by foreign law in Euros, whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e. 180 days from the date of opening of the technical offers, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days and the following parts. 

If the tender submission falls on a holiday or a weekend (Friday and Saturday); the deadline for submission of tenders shall be extended until the first working day following

The seal of the office of a general nature (BOG) of GL1K plant affixed on the fold, will be taken

The folds will be open in the presence of or of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it with the meeting of opening which will take place with the address GL1K plant / Skikda on invitation of GL1K plant.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for one duration of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from date of opening of technical bids.
