Having been published in BAOSEM N°2315 of 28/10/2025, the deadline for submitting technical offers, initially scheduled for 26/12/2024, extended for the first time until 25/01/2025, extended for the second time until 24/02/2025, extended for the third time until 26/03/2025, is extended for the fourth until 25/04/2025.
