The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction and separation Activity, Division GNL&GPL - Complexe GL1K B.P n°72 Z.I Skikda fax: 038.94.81.98/99 is launching an open National and International Call for a bid for:

Supply Blades Kit and Spacers Kit of Rotor and Stator for GE gas turbines in Three (03) Batches for GL1K Complex:

Batche N°01: STATORIC BLADES FOR AXIAL COMPRESSUER TURBINE MS 7001

Batche N°02: BLADE KIT and SPACERS KIT FOR ROTOR 7001 EA .

Batche N°03: BLADE KIT FOR ROTOR 5002 D

Bidders or their designated representatives interested about this Invitation to Tender may withdraw the tender documents from Juridical Department - Complex GL1.K ZI BP 72 Skikda 21000, against providing, for the representatives designated, of power of attorney bidding documents withdrawal, a copy of the electronic commercial register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of three Thousand (3,000.00) Dinars for national bidders and twenty-five (25) Euros for foreign bidders.

- Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (Bank advice) must be established in the name of the Bidder.

The single stage tender mode applies for this Call of Bids.

The technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes placed inside sealed envelope being marked " not to open ", with the following address:

The inner envelope must carry the tenderer's name and the address.

The technical offers must contain a bid bond, placed in a separate envelope, the amount of this bid bond is as follow:

For Foreign Bidders :

• Lot N°01: six thousand euros (6 000,00 €)
• Lot N°02: six thousand euros (6 000,00 €)
• Lot N°03: five thousand euros (5 000,00 €)

For National Bidders :

• Lot N°01: Eight hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (800 000,00 DA).
• Lot N°02: Eight hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (800 000,00 DA).
• Lot N°03: seven hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (700 000,00 DA)

The duration of the bid bond validity is equal to that of the offers, which is the period of a Hundred eighty (180) days, increased by thirty (30) calendar days.

The deposit tender’s deadline is Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of publication of this call of bids in the BAOSEM.

If the tender submission falls on a holiday or a weekend (Friday and Saturday); the deadline for submission of tenders shall be extended until the first working day.

The stamp of General Order Office (BOG)" of GL1K Complex affixed on the bids, constitutes a proof of timely deposit.

The tenders containing a technical offers will be opened in public session, the persons representing the tendrers may attend the opening session at the GL1K Complex LP 72 SKIKDA, ALGERIA.

The tenderers having withdrawn the tender documents will be invited, by Fax, to attend the opening session.

 The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders or their duly representatives who wish to attend the opening and examination session.

This session will be held on the date, time and place mentioned on the invitation addressed only to bidders whose technical tenders are satisfying the requirements of the tender dossier.

The tenderers remain committed by their offers, for a period of One hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the offers deposit deadline.
