NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENT

N°05/EPE ORGM SPA/2025

L’EPE ORGM Spa, subsidiary of the SONAREM group issues an open national and international invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirement regarding:

Supply, delivery and commissioning of laboratory equipment

This Invitation to Tender is open exclusively to manufacturers or their authorized agents.
The present Invitation to Tender is divided into four (04) separate batches

 batch No. 01: Five (05) portable XRF spectrometers for analysis

batch No. 02: One (01) Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES)

 batch No. 03: One (01) high-performance XRF (X-ray fluorescence) spectrometer

batch No. 04: One (01) ultrapure water system (water distiller/purifier)

tenderers may submit offers for one, several, or all of the batches

This invitation to Tender is addressed only to manufacturers or their authorized agents.

Interested tenderers may withdraw the “Instructions to tenderers” documents from:

As of the publication of this invitation to Tender in BOMOP, BAOSEM the electronic press and two national dailies against the payment of the amount of: 10.000 DZD to the BNA account

N° 001 00645 0300 300 133/53 Boumerdes Agency for Algerian societies.

100 euros to the BNA foreign currency account No. 001 00640 0310 000 070/07, Bordj El Kiffan Agency for foreign companies.

The documents can be sent by email after transfer of the aforementioned amount.

The Offers, Technical and Financial, must be sent to L’EPE ORGM Spa at the address indicated below before October 27^th  , 2025 at 12:30 p.m., in a double sealed envelope, the outer envelope must be closed, anonymous and must not bear any other indication, under penalty of rejection, except the mention:

The opening of the envelopes will be done in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorized representative(s), at the company's headquarters, at the address indicated above, on October 27^th  , 2025 at 1:00 p.m.

Any offer received after the deadline will be forfeited.

tenderers will remain engaged to their offer for 120 days, from the opening of the offers.
