Sonatrach, Downstream activity Company, refining exploitation division, Arzew refinery invites tenders to a national and an international competition for Supply and Installation for the rehabilitation of cooling tower area 19: Gear reducers motors, Fans and Separators

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the markets structure making of Arzew refinery before the deposit deadline fixed at forty-Five (45) days since the first publication of this Invitation into the tender at the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5 000 DA) or Fifty Euros (50 €) and the presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register. The payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account Arzew refinery:

Only one stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical bid, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously into four separate folds witch they must be given in another same fold, with the mentioned address:

At the latest with the deadline of deposit of the offers before 16:00 PM

The technical offers are given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of Four million one hundred thousand Algerian dinars (4 100 000 DA) for the Algerian companies and Twenty –six thousand Euros (26.000 €) for the foreign companies for which the period

of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is 180 days, with an additional of 30 day’s time calendar.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it. The opening meeting will take place at Arzew Refinery on a day fixed by an invitation witch will be transmitted to each tenderers.

the envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their representatives duly elected at the opening session and review of financial bids to be held at the date, time and to address mentioned in the invitation will be send only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 days. calendar starting from the date of opening of technical offers.
