NOTICE OF AN INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR PRE-SELECTION OF PROVIDERS N^°06/DGASF/2022

FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A SHORT LIST OF SUPPLIERS OF RAW MATERIALS

OF TYPE: TSP, MAP, DAP.

EPE ASFERTRADE SPA subsidiary of the Industrial Group Fertilizers and Phytosanitary Products – EPE ASMIDAL SPA, is launching an International Call for pre-selection of suppliers, with a view to updating and expanding the short-list established during the 2nd relaunch of the international call for pre-selection of suppliers N°02/DGASF/2021, of companies makers and commercial representations with the capabilities required, for:

Supply in cost and freight of fertilizers packaged in Big Bags of 1000 to 1200 kg, mentioned in lots 1, 2 and 3 below:

Lot N°1: Triple Super Phosphate (TSP) granule, containing minimum 45% de P2O5.

Lot N°2: Mono Ammonium Phosphate – MAP granule: 12-52-0.

Lot N°3: Di-Ammonium Phosphate – DAP granule: 18-46-0.

Companies specialized in the field, can submit their candidature for a single lot or several lots.

The technical specifications of the fertilizers are detailed in Section II of the pre-selection International call file.

The pre-selection International call file may be withdrawn by candidates or their representatives at the coordinates indicated below, or sent by email, upon written request at the following email address:

The detailed list of documents constituting the candidature’s tenders is contained in SECTION I concerning the instructions to candidates in the pre-selection call file.

The candidature’s tenders must be submitted or received, by sealed folds, in accordance with the requirements of the International Call for Preselection of Suppliers file, to the address indicated above no later than the Fifteen (15) day at 1:00 pm- local time, after the first appearance on the BAOSEM and/or national newspapers, in accordance with the requirements of the pre-selection call file.

The candidature’s tenders sent by e-mail and/or Fax will not be accepted.

Bids of candidature’s tenders will be opened on the Fifteenth (15) day at 1:30 pm- local time at the same address (without the presence of the candidates or their representatives).

The duration of preparing offers extends from the date of first publication of the relaunch notice until the deadline for submission of candidature’s tenders.

At the end of the examination of the candidature’s bids, the candidates selected in a short list, valid for one year, will be invited to enter into competition within the framework of restricted consultation(s) for the supply of the abovementioned fertilizers.
