The Company for industrial Gas Conditioning and Marketing “COGIZ Spa”, issues an open national and international invitation to bid for supply of:

Supply, installation and commissioning of a chromatograph for analyzing Helium gas 

This Call for Tenders is open to all qualified and specialized companies in the manufacture of Chromatograph for analyzing Helium gas or exclusive representatives of manufacturers of this type of Chromatograph, according to the terms and conditions provided for in the Tender Document.

Withdrawal of Tender Notice File:

Once this tender notice is published in the BAOSEM, the interested companies by this tender are invited to withdraw the tender document at the Procurement Structure (CPC) located at the address below:

The withdrawal of the specifications will be made against presentation of a copy of the commercial register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DZD) for bidders under Algerian law and fifty Euros (50 €) for foreign bidders.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to COGIZ-Spa account opened at the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie - Agence 70 Arzew, under the following account numbers:

Deadline for submission of tenders:
The bid documents must be submitted anonymously sealed to the above address no later than forty-five (45) days before 04:00 p.m., as of the date of publication of this tender notice to BAOSEM. Tenders will not be accepted after this deadline.
Under this Invitation to bid, the Technical Offers, without any indication of price and the Financial Offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same external fold, as mentioned above, no later than forty-five (45) days as of date of this notice to the BAOSEM at the following address:

The technical bids are accompanied by a bid bond of Eight hundred and eighty thousand Algerian dinars (880 000,00 DA) for companies under Algerian law and six thousand Euros (6 000,00 €) for companies under foreign law, whose duration validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, which is 180 days from the date of opening of tenders, with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The Technical bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their duly appointed representatives wishing to attend the opening session. The date and time will be notified by letter of invitation.

The Financial bids will be opened and examined publicly in presence of the Bidders wishing to attend or their duly appointed representatives at the opening and the Financial Bids Review meeting which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed only to the bidders whose Technical Offers are declared conform to the requirements of the Bidding Documents.
Bidders remain committed to their Financial Offers for one hundred eighty (180) days from the opening date of the Financial Offers, with an additional thirty (30) calendar days.
