# RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER Nº 04/2025

The EPE/SPA Algeria Telecom Satellite (ATS), NIF 000616097268506, is launches the national and international
restricted call for tender for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Ka-Band >13 Mand <14m antenna
with its Automatic Tracking System and Associated Radio Frequency Equipment.

This restricted national and international call for tender is intended for manufacturers or qualified integrators.


## 1/ Withdrawal of Specifications:

The specifications withdrawal shall be done at the procurement structure of ATS at the below indicated address, or
by downloading its electronic format, upon candidate's request:

## 2/ Tender presentation:

The bidders must submit their tender in two separate folds:

\- The 15% fold includes the technical offer which contains the documents required in the specifications.

\- The2nd fold includes the financial offer which contains the documents required in the specifications.

Both folds shall be placed in a principal sealed and anonymous envelope bearing only the mention:

« Submission of restricted national and international call for tender nº 04/2025 the Supply, Installation and
Commissioning of a Ka-Band ≥13 M and <14m antenna .....; DO NOT OPEN >

3/ Tender submission:

The deadline for submitting bids is the thirtieth (30th) day from the first publication of this notice in the print media,
BOMOP, electronic press, and on the electronic public procurement portal or the company's website, no later than
1PM. If this day falls on a holiday or legal day off, submissions will be accepted on the next working day.

The submission will be made at the Secretariat of Bids Opening and Evaluation Committee at the above-
mentioned address.

The opening of the technical and financial offers will take place the same day at 2 PM at the above mentioned address
in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives. This call serves as an invitation.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of 120 days, from the deadline of submission of bids.
