NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

N°20/MNT-RTH-INV/2025

1. SONATRACH Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Operations Division, Haoud El Hamra Regional Directorate, P.O. Box 96 Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Province, hereby launches a National and International Open Call for Tenders for:

the supply, installation, and commissioning of a new gas heater for the Mesdar terminal.

2. The Tender File may be requested at the following email address: spm.rth@sonatrach.dz, no later than the the forty-second (42nd) day from the date of its publication in the BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DA) for Algerian bidders, and Forty (40) Euros for foreign bidders.

 The Payment must be made by transfer to bank account No. 00200035350476018506 opened at B.E.A Hassi Messaoud, and the payment receipt must be made out in the name of the concerned company.

 Submission of a copy of the electronic commercial register extract (including the candidate’s email address and phone number) is mandatory at the time of collection.

3. The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

4. Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, which must not contain any price indication, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single anonymous outer envelope, no later than the seventieth (70th) day at 3:30 p.m. from the date of publication of the notice in the BAOSEM, at the following address:

5. Technical offers must be submitted with a bid guarantee amounting to One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1,500,000.00 DA) for companies under Algerian law, and Eleven Thousand Euros (11,000.00 €) for companies under foreign law.

The validity period of the bid guarantee is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred Eighty (180) days, with an additional extension of Thirty (30) days, starting from the date of opening of the technical bids.
