To obtain the tender specifications, please present your letter of accreditation and the payment of an amount of  Twenty-Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (25,000 DA).

Foreign companies without a representative in Algeria may pay One Hundred and Sixty Five Euros (165 €) by bank transfer.

Tenderer are required to submit their offer, in the manner defined in the specifications, in a double envelope. The outer envelope must contain only the following information:

Submissions must be made to the Procurement Department within thirty (30) days of the first publication of the invitation to tenders in national newspapers and on the BAOSEM platform, before 12:00 PM. (Public opening at 1:30 PM).

Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
