The National Company SONATRACH / LQS Activity / LNG&GPL Division, DEV-SNCC Project, informs the companies having withdrawn the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. 01/SH/LQS/LSH/DEV-SNCC/2024 relating to
supply, installation and commissioning of the advanced control solution (APC) for the GL1Z & GL2Z complexes
published in BAOSEM No. 2256 of May 7, 2024, having been the subject of a first extension of the deadline for submitting technical-financial offers until August 4, 2024 (BAOSEM No. 2267 of June 6, 2024), that a modification concerning the validity period of the licenses used for the advanced control solution, is introduced in the tender file,
Consequently, Chapters 11 and 21.1 of section III “technical file”, as well as articles 7.1 and 16.1 of section V “draft local and foreign partners contract”, are modified by this addendum.
Bidders who have previously withdrawn the Invitation to Tender file are invited to withdraw the said addendum.
