On October, 27^th 2024 utmost by any interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register in the field of activity of this DAO, the wet stamp of the candidate, a delegation of power in the case of a mandated person, signed by the first person in charge and proof of payment of an amount of 10.000.00 DZD non-refundable for Algerian tenderers, by transfer to the BEA bank account, Agency Cité Djamel Oran, Account No. 002 000 81 08 122 000 80/14, or an amount of 70.00 € for foreign ones, by transfer to the BEA bank account, Agency Djenane El Malik Hydra Algiers, Account No. 00 2000 05050 3264 12459.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the tender package (Bank Notices/Cash Deposit Slip) must be made out in the tenderer's name.

The tender mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

Concerning this invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope (To be completed by “soumission à ne pas ouvrir”) to the following address:

The technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail of 15.000.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers or the equivalent in foreign currency , issued by an Algerian bank counter-guaranteed by a first-rate foreign bank for foreign tenderers, with a validity duration that is equal to the offers’ validity duration, which is 180 days assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days, as of the date of the technical offers’ opening date.

The tenderer may submit the original of the submission bail on the day of the opening of the technical offers.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who would like to attend at the opening session which will take place at l’Ancienne base Bethioua sis à la rue Amir Abdelkader Béthioua ville-Hors ZONE (Direction régionale Ouest) W.D’Oran, , on November 12^th, 2024 at 10 a.m.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening and examination session of the financial offers which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical offers declared to comply with the requirements of the Call for Tenders Documents.
