SONATRACH-ENI Consortium, consisting of the two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria Production BV, governed by Decree 93-08 of 25/04/1993, operating in blocks 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (Fields ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB), and in block 405b (Fields MLE, CAFC), as well as in the SF-FINE Field and Zones ZEA, OO-II, and SF-II, is issuing a restricted national and international call for tenders for the provision of:

Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Wellheads & Christmas Trees for Water-Producing Wells

This notice is applicable only to companies specialized in the field and/or authorized distributors in providing such products and/or services, and having recognized references in the field. Companies interested in this call for tenders can obtain the tender document from the Procurement and Contracts Department, SONATRACH-ENI Consortium, Route Du CINA, Zone des Partenaires SONATRACH, 24 février, BP Nº 559, Hassi Messaoud, Wilaya de Ouargla, Algeria, upon presentation of a legalized copy of an extract from their registration in the electronic Trade Register, or they can transmit the Trade Register along with the company's contact details via email to the following addresses:

The single-stage submission mode applies to this call for tenders. For this call, technical bids without price indications and commercial bids must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes within the same outer envelope. The outer envelope containing the two (02) envelopes must be anonymous.

The deadline for obtaining tender documents is set at twenty-one (21) days at 18:00 local time Algeria GMT+1 after the publication date of this announcement in BAOSEM.

The deadline for receiving bids is set at twenty-eight (28) days at 18:00 local time Algeria GMT+1, starting from the publication date of this call for tenders in BAOSEM (publication day in BAOSEM included).

Any submission received after the deadline will be considered null and void.

Bidders will be bound by their offers for a duration of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for receiving bids.

All costs incurred in preparing the submission dossier and/or any additional documents that may be requested by the SONATRACH-ENI Consortium during evaluation remain the exclusive responsibility of the bidder.

The evaluation of bids will be carried out by an internal procurement committee of the SONATRACH-ENI Consortium without the presence of bidders.

Very important:

This Call for Tenders is applicable only to specialized bidders in the field who meet the following conditions:

-The bidder must possess a trade register with code(s) of activity(ies) corresponding to the subject of the Call for Tenders and constituting their main activity.

-Having at least five “05” years of specific experience in the subject field of this call for tenders.

-Must not appear on the blacklists of Sonatrach and/or Eni.
