On June, 26th 2023 at 15h00 utmost, by any interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of a copy of the trade register in the activity field, the wet stamp of the tenderer, a delegation of power in case of a mandated person, signed by the first responsible and the payment voucher of a nonrefundable sum of 7 000,00 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers, or 50.00 € concerning the foreign ones, by bank transfer to Sonatrach account N° 002 000 81 08 122 000 80/14, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) Agency El Djamel 81 Oran.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the tender package (Bank Notices/Cash Deposit Slip) must be made out in the tenderer's name.

The tender mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In the first step of this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, without any price indication must be submitted in folds at the address:

On July, 30^th 2023 at 15h00 utmost.

The technical tenders are assorted by a submission bail of 700.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign tenderers, with a validity duration which is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days as of the technical offers’ opening date.

If the last days of the offers’ submission coincides a day off, the date shall be postponed to the following workday.

The submission bail can be deposited, by the interested tenderer, on the submission date of the technical offers.

The tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform shall be invited to submit their financial offers. The folds of the first step shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who would like to attend to the opening session at the address:

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the financial offers’ opening and examination which shall take place on the date, the time and the address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the technical tenders’ opening date.
