The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products-NAFTAL Spa- with a capital of 160.000.000.000 DZD, Fuels Branch, Technique and Maintenance Directorate, issues a national and international open invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply of 1500 foaming agent barrels

The specifications’ withdrawal shall be made by electronic mail at the address:

In return of the payment a non-repayable amount of 5000 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 50 € for the foreign ones, by bank transfer to the account N° 00200016160166050679, in the External Bank of Algeria BEA, Palais des Expositions Agency, Pins Maritimes- Algiers, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

The submission mode is done on 02 distinct stages:

1^st stage: Submission and opening of the technical offers, which shall be deposited by the tenderer or his/ her duly mandated representative, and opened immediately by the Commission of the Offers’ Opening that shall take place on December, 14^th 2021 at 09h00 at the Head office of the Fuels Branch, located at:

Aéroport Houari Boumediene, Dar El Beida- Algiers

AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL OUVERT

In addition to the original version, the tenderer must supply 02 copies of the technical offer.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail of: 100 000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 3 000.00 € for the foreign ones, whose validity duration equals the validity duration of the offers, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

2^nd Stage: the submission and opening of the financial offers, they shall be deposited by the tenderer or his/ her duly mandated representative, opened immediately. An invitation latter indicating the place and date of the offers’ opening by the Commission of the Offers’ Opening, shall be addressed to only the tenderers that are eligible to the financial offer.
