NOTICE OF OPEN INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

AOI N°28/AOI/SAIEG/UFPMEP/2023

The Algerian Company of Electric and Gas Industries SAIEG/SPA, Company of the SONELGAZ Group Pylons and Public Lighting Equipment Manufacturing Unit, located in the Rouïba industrial zone BP No. 10 Wilaya of Algiers, NIF: 099916000611143, launches a Notice of International Open Call for Tenders according to:

SUPPLY OF 1600 TONS OF ZINC INGOTS FOR THE GALVANIZATION OF STEEL

The Open International Call for Tenders is carried out in a single stage where interested candidates will be asked to submit on the same day of bid opening a technical offer without any reference to prices, and a financial offer mentioning the price.

The envelope of the financial offer must be distinct from that of the technical offer.

Withdrawal of the specifications will be made upon presentation of proof of payment by bank transfer of the sum of One Hundred (100.00) Euro, non-refundable, on behalf of the Company SAIEG/UFPMEP on its account No. 001 00637 0300 000 031 key 17, opened with the National Bank of Algeria Gué de Constantine branch located Address: Gué de Constantine.

The specifications will only be given to candidates or their duly authorized representatives.

The technical offers as well as the financial offers, established separately, will be inserted in an unidentifiable outer envelope, and will be delivered thirty (30) days after the first appearance in the BAOSEM.

The opening of technical and financial bids is public and will take place on the same day

submission of tenders at 10:00 a.m.

The outer envelope containing the two “technical” and “financial” offers must be anonymous, and must only include the following statement:

“DO NOT OPEN” SUBMISSION

All technical offers must be accompanied at the time of submission of offers no later than the deadline for submission of offers by an original bid bond established, in the name of the Company SAIEG/UFPMEP (see article 12 paragraph 02 of the Exhibit 0: Instructions to candidates for these specifications).

The Candidates remain committed to their technical-financial Offers for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of the financial offers.
