National and International Invitation to Tender

N° 001/DU/TMM/2025 

SINGLE-STAGE (01) TECHNICAL-FINANCIAL PROCESS

The joint stock company Tahlyat Myah Magtaa, by abbreviation ("TMM SPA"), issues the present National and International Invitation to Tender N° 001/DU/TMM/2025, regarding:

SUPPLY OF 8,200 ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANES

In accordance with the administrative and technical requirements defined in the Invitation to Tender’s file, hereinafter referred to as the " DAO").

Any interested tenderer in this Notice may withdraw the DAO as of the Technical Secretariat of TMM SPA Markets, against presentation of a mandate, a copy of the trade register and proof of transfer of the amount of (5,000.00 DZD) to bank account No. 001 00634 0300300447 49, opened with the National Bank of Algeria (“B.N.A”), Agency 634 Oued Smar, located at 12, route de Meftah, Oued Smar, Algiers or payment of said amount into the Company’s cash register.

N.B.: - The specifications DAO withdrawal fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Offers must contain two (02) separate, sealed envelopes, submitted simultaneously to the Company's address in the following formats:

1. An envelope containing the Technical offer documents marked "Technical offer / Name and address of the tenderer" (one original and two copies).

2. An envelope containing the Financial offer documents marked "Financial offer / Name and address of the tenderer" (one original and two copies).

3. Both offers (technical and financial) must be included in a third, anonymous, sealed outer envelope bearing the following mention:

Important: tenderers are hereby informed of the requirement of a Bid Security to be included in the envelope containing the Technical Offer in the amount of Fifty Million Algerian Dinar (50,000,000.00 DA), or Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Euro/USD (370,000.00 Euro/USD), established by a bank incorporated under Algerian law in favor of SPA Tahlyat Myah Magtaa.

The deadline for submitting technical and financial offers is set at 12:00 p.m. on the (30th) day as of the date of publication of this Notice on the BAOSEM.

The public opening date for technical and financial offers will take place at 1:00 p.m. on the  (30th) day as of the date of publication of this Notice on the BAOSEM.

 The validity period of the offers is set at Ninety (90) days as of the date of opening of the financial offers.
