CALPLAST EPE/SPA BP 419 ZONE IDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender for :

Supply of a coextrusion calendering line for the production of tri-layer geomembrane sheet (ABA) in high density polyethylene (HDPE).

The tender documents may be collected from CALPLAST EPE/SPA BP 419 ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE or by MAIL no later than 30 days from the date of first publication of this tender notice on the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, having expressed their wishes by request sent to our mailbox calplast19@yahoo.fr against payment of a non-refundable amount of (Five Thousand Algerian Dinars) 5 000. 00 DA or (Fifty Euros) 50 € payment will be made by bank transfer to the following account : BEA Agence 053 setif RIB N° 00200053530536004919 SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL. Located at SETIF Bel Air Avenue De L'ALN BP 315 Bel Air, SETIF.

One-stage bidding applies to this invitation to tender.

Under this invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address CALPLAST EPE/SPA BP 419 ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE no later than the 30th day from the date of receipt of the invitation to tender by the bidder before 10.30 a.m..

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative(s) who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at CALPLAST EPE/SPA ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE on the 30th day from the date of first publication of this tender notice on the BAOSEM at 11:00 a.m.

The bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives at the opening and examination of the financial offers which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant with the requirements of the tender documents.

the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the bids, i.e. ninety 90 days plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

Bidders will remain bound by their bids for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
