National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender

KH/DG/10/2021

Kahrama Company Spa, BP 68 Z.I Arzew, 31200 Oran, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply of a high-pressure water jet machine with accessories and a batch of spare parts

The tenderers must satisfy all the technical specifications and minimum exclusive stated criteria.

The offers must come from flow meters manufacturer, or a reseller of a trade mark recognized in the industry.

Every tenderer filling the admissibility criteria stated above may withdraw the specifications, from the general management assistant of Kahrama address Spa Bethioua, in return of the presentation of:

-Power attorney of the specifications’ withdrawal for the mandated;

-Copy of the trade register.

And a payment voucher of an amount of 5000 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 30 € for the foreign ones. The payment shall be done by bank transfer into the account N° 00200070700416100372 BEA Agency 70 El Marsa- Arzew (Swift: BEXADZAL070), or transmit the withdrawal request accompanied by the required documents in attached by email, at the following address:

the payment voucher must carry the following mention: “Retrait Dossier d’Appel d’Offres N° KH/DG/10/21”, and the name of the tenderer’s company.

Besides, every offer not respecting the specifications’ requirements regarding the admissibility, supply of documents, the offer’s exhaustivity, shall no be taken in consideration.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be put simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same one, at the address (See above) in a period of 30 days at 13h00 utmost, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem. ONLY the stamp of the General management assistant makes faith. Every tender received after this date shall be considered null and void.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail of 700 000 DZD for the Algerian companies and 4000 € for the foreign ones, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days as of the date of the offers’ opening, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who would like to attend to the opening session which shall take place at the address mentioned above.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated at the session of opening and examination of the financial offers which shall take place at the date, time and address that shall be mentioned in the invitation addressed to ONLY the tenderers whose technical offers have been declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

The tenderers keep bound to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ opening.
