In return of the payment of 5000.00DZD for the Algerian companies, by bank transfer to account SOMIK N° 00200052520356219592, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Skikda Agency; and 100 € for the foreign companies, to account SOMIK- Spa  bank referency N° 002 00052 5203562195 92.

The bank voucher must carry the name of the company and tender’s number.

The tenderers must supply a submission bail with an amount of:

• 1 000 000.00 DZD for the locals;
• 6 500 € for the foreign ones.

The tenderers must submit their technical and financial tenders simultaneously.

The technical tender and the financial one must be put in internal envelopes, separated, sealed and stamped, placed in the same anonymous sealed envelope.

The internal envelopes UNIQUELY carry the acronyms, the company’s social reason and the tenderer’s address.

The external envelope must carry only the following mandatory mention:
