Sonatrach Company, RPC Activity, Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery staying to the following address BP 37 31200 Z.I Arzew - Algeria invites tenderers to a National and International competition for:

SUPPLY OF ADDITIVES FOR THE MANUFACTURE LUBRICANTS DIVIDED INTO

Ten (10) separate parts

Part N°01 :  Gasoline & Diesel Engine Lubricant:

a) Naftilia Synthétique Plus 5W40

b) Naftilia Semi-Synthétique 10W40

Part N°02 :  Gasoline & GPL Engine Lubricant : Naftilia Sirghaz 10W40.

Part N°03 :  Gasoline & Diesel Engine Lubricant : Naftilia VP Super 15W40.

Part N°04:  Diesel Engine Lubricant: Chelia Turbo Diesel 15W40.

Part N°05:  Diesel Engine Lubricant: Chiffa/Chelia.

Part N°06:  Rail Road Lubricant: Chenoua HVI 40

Part N°07 :Hydraulic Transmission Lubricant: Chelia 10W.

Part N°08: Manual Transmission Lubricant: Tassilia EP.

Industrial Gear Lubricant: FODDA

Part N°09 :  Automatic Transmission Lubricant : Tassilia ATF 10W

Part N°10 : Hydraulic HV Lubricant : TISKA HVI

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the <> of Arzew Refinery before the withdrawal deadline fixed at forty-five (45) calendar days starting form the first publication of this Invitation to tenders at BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Dinars (10 000 DA) for the Algerian companies and One Hundered Euros (100 €) for the foreign companies and the presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register. The payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account Arzew Refinery:

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Tender File (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Only one stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical offer, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously into two separate folds witch they must be given in another same anonymous fold, to the following address:

Supply of Additives for the Manufacture Lubricants divided into Ten (10) Separate Parts

 Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-

At the latest Sixty (60) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM, before 15h30.

If the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The technical offers are given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of:

Part N°01: Sixty-four million six hundred forty-four thousand three hundred thirty-four Algerian Dinars (64 644 334 DA) for Algerian companies and four hundred twenty-eight thousand one hundred eighteen Euros (428 118€) for foreign companies;

 Part N°02: Three Million, Four Hundred, Twenty-Two Thousand, Nine Hundred, Eighty-Seven Algerian Dinars (3 422 987 DA) for Algerian companies and Twenty-Two Thousand, Six Hundred, Sixty-Nine Euros (22 669 €) for foreign companies;

Part N°03 :Twenty-Two Million, Five Hundred, Thirty Thousand, One Hundred, Thirty-Five Algerian Dinars (22 530 135 DA) for Algerian companies and One Hundred, Forty-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred, Ten Euros (149 210 €) for foreign companies;

Part N°04: Forty-three million nine hundred seventy-seven thousand seven hundred thirty-eight Algerian Dinars (43 977 738 DA) for Algerian companies and two hundred ninety-one thousand two hundred and fifty Euros (291 250 €) for foreign companies;

Part N°05: Thirty million eight hundred forty-three thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight Algerian Dinars (30 843 838 DA) for Algerian companies and Two hundred four thousand two hundred and sixty-nine Euros (204 269 €) for foreign companies

Part N°06: Two million one hundred thirty-two thousand forty-two Algerian Dinars   (2 132 042 DA) for Algerian companies and Fourteen thousand one hundred and twenty Euros   (14 120 €) for foreign companies;

Part N°07 :Three million one hundred and ninety-three thousand four hundred and fifty-nine Algerian Dinars (3 193 459 DA) for Algerian companies and Twenty-one thousand one hundred and forty-nine Euros (21 149 €) for foreign companies;

Part N°08: Three million six hundred and seventy-seven thousand five hundred and ninety-one Algerian Dinars (3 677 591 DA) for Algerian companies and Twenty-four thousand three hundred and fifty-five Euros (24 355 €) for foreign companies;

Part N°09: One million, five hundred and ninety-six thousand, six hundred and thirty-three Algerian Dinars (1 596 633 DA) for Algerian companies and Ten thousand, five hundred and seventy-four Euros (10 574 €) for foreign companies

Part N°10: Four hundred and twenty-three thousand, nine hundred and one Algerian Dinars                     (423 901 DA) for Algerian companies and Two thousand, eight hundred and seven Euros(2 807 €) for foreign companies.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing  it. The opening meeting will take place at Arzew Refinery on a day fixed by an invitation witch will be transmetted to each tenderers.

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their representatives duly elected at the opening session and review of financial bids to be held at the date, time and to address mentioned in the invitation will be send only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 days. calendar starting from the date of opening of the folds.
