Le Groupement Sonatrach-Sinopec, abbreviated GSS – Gisement de Zarzaitine, whose social address lies at In Aménas Daira", base de vie" Zarzaitine”, BP 292, Wilaya d’illizi, issues a National and International open Invitation to tender for:     

« Supply of Anti-corrosion protection coating tape »

The companies interested to participate in the tender process can obtain our tender documents after we have published this invitation in "Bulletin of the Invitation to Tender of Energie and Mines Sector  (B.A.O.S.E.M)" with presentation of a copy of their commercial register and document in proof of payment (it must contain the number, the title of the tender and the name of the tenderer) the sum of:

Five Thousand Algerian dinars (5 000,00 DZD) for Algerian companies to Groupement Sonatrach Sinopec to our bank account BEA, Agence d’In aménas N° 002 00092 0922200323 10.

One Hundred USD (100,00 USD) for foreign companies to Groupement Sonatrach Sinopec to our bank account BEA, Agence d’In aménas N° 002 00092 0923000005 65.

This tender is carried out in one (01) phase submission mode.

All three, technical offer without any indication of prices, commercial offer and the bid bond must be submitted simultaneously in three separated sealed envelopes contained in one, sealed and anonymous.

The bidding documents should be submitted in two (02) copies (one original) for each offer (technical offer and commercial offer).

They will be deposited at the address listed above.

The external envelope should be anonymous and indicate only the following information:

The offer is accompanied by a bid bond as follows:

National tenderers: Three Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (300 000,00 DZD).

Foreign tenderers: Two Thousand U.S Dollars (2 000.00 USD).

Whose validity is equal to the validity period of the bids that to say 180 days.

The closing date (deadline) to receive the bidding proposals will be Forty-Five (45) days, from the date of publishing this invitation in the B.A.O.S.E.M.

The proposal received after closing date will be considered null and refused by the GSS.
