The tendering mode in single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders, without any price indication and the financial tenders must be handed over, at the same time, in two separate folds put inside same anonymous and sealed envelope bearing the following mark:

The technical tenders accompanied by a tender bond of:

One Million five hundred thousand Algerian dinars (DZD 1.500.000,00)

or its equivalent in foreign currency concerning foreign tenderers, whose the validity duration is equal to the tenders validity duration, that is 180 days with an additional time of 30 calendar days.

The technical tenders shall be opened Six (06) weeks as of the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the BAOSEM in the presence of tenderers? representative (s) which would like to attend the tenders opening session which shall take place at the following address:
