The national pipline company (ENAC/Spa) issues a National & International Open invitation to tender for :

The supply of BEKAGRIT (iron silicate grains)

The tender documents can be obtained from the Legal Department (Office n°12) ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein Dey-Alger (Algeria), by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dinars (2500DA), on presentation of a letter of authorisation (power of attorney or mandate) relating to the subject of the invitation to tender, a copy of the trade register and an information form duly sealed and signed by the company's chief executive officer, giving the following details: company name, position, e-mail address, telephone/fax numbers.

The closing date for withdrawal of tender documents is five (05) days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

Under this invitation to tender, technical bids, without any indication of price, and financial bids must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in a single envelope bearing the following wording :

No later than November 05, 2023 at 10 a.m. In all cases, the receipt stamp of the Bureau d'Ordre Général (BOG) of ENAC Spa will serve as proof.

Financial offers are accompanied by a bid bond, the validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Twenty (120) days plus an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

This bid bond must be enclosed in the technical bid envelope.

The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative(s) who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein-Dey-Alger-Algérie, on November 05, 2023 at 10h15mn.

The bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives at the opening and examination session of the financial offers which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant with the requirements of the Tender Documents.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days from the date of submission.
