NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° EXP A 23/23

Sonatrach Company, RPC Activity, Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery invites tenderers to a national and international competition for:

Supply of Blades for Air Coolers in Two (02) separate parts:

PART N°01: Blades for Air Coolers brand COFIMCO, or equivalent

PART N°02: Blades for Air Coolers brand STORK, HOWDEN, MOORE, or equivalent

The specifications’ book can be withdrawn from the Structure de Passation des Marchés of Arzew Refinery before the withdrawal deadline fixed at Thirty (30) calendar days starting form the first publication of this Invitation to tenders at BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against the payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5 000 DA) for the Algerian companies, and Fifty Euros (50 €) for the foreign companies companies and presentation of a copy of the electronic commerce register.The payment will be carried out by transfer to the bank account of Arzew Refinery:

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the tender file (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Only one stage mode of tender is applied for the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical offer, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously into two separate folds which must be given in another same anonymous fold to the following address:

PART N°02: Blades for Air Coolers brand STORK, HOWDEN, MOORE, or equivalent

Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-

At the latest Fifty (50) calendar days as from the date of publication of the invitation to tenders on the BAOSEM, before 15h00.

The technical offer are given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of:

PART N°01: Blades for Air Coolers brand COFIMCO, or equivalent

• Nine Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (900 000.00 DA) for local bidders.
• Six Thousand One Hundred Euros (6 100.00 €) for foreign bidders.

PART N°02: Blades for Air Coolers brand STORK, HOWDEN, MOORE, or equivalent,

• Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (200 000.00 DA) for local bidders.
• One Thousand Four Hundred Euros (1 400.00 €) for foreign bidders.

The period of validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of tenders, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it. The opening meeting will take place at Arzew Refinery on a day fixed by an invitation witch will be transmetted to each tenderers.

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their representatives duly elected at the opening session and review of financial bids to be held at the date, time and to address mentioned in the invitation will be send only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
