RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

SH-FCP/ Fourniture de Matériel Electrique Bulk pour la Connexion des Puits /22429- 2017


OC SH-FCP “Organ Conjoint” constituted by the companies Sonatrach and First Calgary Petroleums LP, operating in Ledjmet perimeter Block 405b, having its head office located at route de CINA, Zone des Partenaires SONATRACH 24 février, BP N° 559, Hassi Messaoud, Algérie, is issuing a restricted national and international invitation to tender for:


Supply of Bulk Electrical Equipment for the Connection of Wells

(MLE-CAFC SH-FCP)


This invitation to tender is addressed exclusively to specialized companies having recognized references in the field.


Companies interested in this invitation to tender, may submit their Request of Interest by presentation - or by sending an e-mail - with the following required documentation:



Copy of the Trade Register with activity code corresponding to the scope of tender mentioned above and being their main activity;

Declaration of having a Minimum experience of five (5) years in the Provision of Services corresponding to the Invitation to tender;

Copies of Professional references relating to the specific subject, justified by client’s attestations (minimum “05”).

Important: bidders shall have no pending litigation with Sonatrach, ENI, and, alone or in partnership. This condition must also be completed by the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Technical and commercial Tenders shall be submitted in strict conformity with the Instruction to Tenderers specified in the tender documents.


The closing date for receipt of tenders, at the address indicated above, is set to twenty-eight (28) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.


Tenders received after 7:00 P.M (Algerian local time) on the day of the closing date will be considered null and void.


The Bidders will remain committed by their offers during a period of hundred eighty (180) days after the closing for receipt of tenders.
