SINGLE-STAGE (01) TECHNICAL-FINANCIAL PROCESS

The joint stock company Tahlyat Myah Magtaa, by abbreviation ("TMM SPA"), issues the present National and International open Invitation to Tender N° 003/DU/TMM/2024, single-stage (01) technical-financial process regarding:

SUPPLY OF BUTTERFLY VALVES WITH SPARE PARTS AND CHECK VALVES, DIVIDED INTO TWO (2) batches:

Any tenderer may submit for one (01) or two (02) batches.

Any tenderer interested in this notice may withdraw the DAO from the Secrétariat Technique des Marchés of TMM SPA, against the presentation of a mandate for the person responsible for withdrawing the specifications, a copy of the trade register and proof of payment of an amount of: 20.000.00 DZD for Algerian companies and the equivalent in Algerian Dinar, an amount of 150 USD and 140 Euros for foreign companies, in the Company’s cash register or by paying said amount into bank account number: 001 00634 0300300447 49, opened with the National Bank of Algeria (“BNA”), agency 634, located at 12, route de Meftah, Oued Smar, Algiers, Algeria.

N.B.: - The specifications withdrawal fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Sending the specifications by electronic mail is possible and is subject to compliance with the above conditions.

The offers must contain two (02) closed envelopes, separated and submitted simultaneously to the Company's address in the following forms:

1. Technical Offer - one original and two copies n°1 and n°2

2. Financial Offer - one original and two copies n°1 and n°2.

The two offers (technical and financial) must be inserted in an anonymous and sealed envelope bearing the following mention:

Important: Tenderers are informed of the requirement of a Bid bond for each batch, its amount is defined in the specifications, for the benefit of Tahlyat Myah Magtaa Joint Stock Company, to be inserted in the envelope containing the technical offer.

The deadline for submitting offers is set, at the latest, on the 30^th day at 12:00, as of the date of publication of this Notice on the BAOSEM.

The public opening of technical offers will take place on the same day at 12:00.

Tenderers will remain engaged by their offers for a period of 90 calendar days, as of the date of public opening of financial offers, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.
