NOTICE OF CALL FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION

SUPPLY OF CHEMICALS AND ADDITIVES FOR DRILLING FLUIDS ACTIVITIES

BAROID ALGERIA DE SERVICES AUX PUITS, BASP issues a national and international call for prequalification of suppliers of chemicals and additives for drilling fluids.

This notice of call is open to manufacturers and authorized suppliers who have exclusive rights of representations of manufacturers.

Prequalification will be done according to the terms defined in the prequalification tender.

Interested candidates can directly withdraw or receive a complete set of prequalification documents after sending a written application to the below address provided they present a legal document attesting their activity under this prequalification:

- Trade register owner with the activity codes corresponding to the subject of the invitation to tender.

The prequalification file shall be submitted within Forty-five (45) days from the publication of the hereby notice (the publication date included) in the bulletin of companies and services belonging to energy and mining area (BAOSEM) (on paper version).

The deadline for the withdrawal of the tender specifications is Thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM

The seal of receipt of the general office of BASP shall prevail.

Any prequalification file received after 4:00 pm local time (GMT+1) of the deadline of submission of bids will be considered null and void.

In case the closing date falls on a public holiday and / or a legal holiday, the folds can be deposited the next business day.

The applications must be submitted in an external sealed anonymous cover without letterhead or stamp, at the following address, with this mention clearly marked:

“Applications for prequalification – N° 01/PML/DG/BASP/2022 - Supply of chemicals and additives for drilling fluids activities – Do not open”

NOTA :

- The candidates on the blacklist of the energy and mining sector companies (SONATRACH, ENSP, and BASP) cannot withdraw these prequalification tender documents.

- Any request for clarification must be written and addressed no later than ten (10) calendar days before the deadline for submitting application.
