SONATRACH - ORGANISATION OURHOUD, an association between the companies Sonatrach, CEPSA ALGERIE S.L, Occidental of Algeria Company LLC, Eni Oil Algeria Limited, TOTAL E&P Algérie Berkine, Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi and Repsol 405A, governed by the decree 99-94 dated 19 April 1999, informs the companies interested in the National and International Open call for tender N°22/15 37945, that the deadline to submit their technical and commercial offers, for :
