THE OBJECT: Supply of commodities products for drilling fluids

RILLING FLUIDS SERVICES AUX PUITES (DFSP) (formerly BASP), located in the industrial zone, BP 86, Hassi Messaoud, W. Ouargla, Algeria, is launching a national and international call for tenders for the:

Supply of Commodity Products for Drilling Fluids

This call for tenders is open to companies specialized in the manufacture and supply of commodity products for drilling fluids that meet the following conditions:

Possession of a valid trade register with activity codes corresponding to the subject of this tender.

Proven experience in the supply of similar products.

Interested companies can submit their applications to participate by providing the following documents either in person or via email:

A certified copy of the trade register corresponding to the scope of the offer.

An original payment slip from BANQUE EXTÉRIEURE D'ALGÉRIE (BEA), with the following payment conditions:

For companies governed by Algerian law: Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5000 DA).

For foreign companies: Fifty Euros (50 EUR).

Payments must be made to the following accounts:

Dinar Account: DFSP N° 002 00035 035 2200000 44 - Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA), Hassi Messaoud Agency, Ouargla.

Foreign Currency Account: N° 002 00035 035 2200000 44 - SWIFT: BEXADZALA035 - Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA), Hassi Messaoud Agency, Ouargla, Algeria.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the tender file (Bank Advice / Payment Slips), which must be issued in the name of the bidding company.

This tender follows a single-step submission process.

This tender must should be submitted with a bid bond (bid guarantee), the amount of each Lot is mentionned in ITT.

The bid bond is an integral part of the technical offer.

Tenderers are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the tender specifications.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is Thirty-five (35) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after 18h00 pm (local time Algeria) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void.
Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the date of receipt of the Bids.

NOTE:

- The candidates on the blacklist of the energy and mining sector companies (SONATRACH, ENSP, and DFSP) cannot withdraw these prequalification tender documents.

- Any request for clarification must be written and addressed no later than Five (05) calendar days before the deadline for submitting application
