SONATRACH -Jsc, Pipeline Transport Activity, Maintenance Division, pipelines Reparation Department, BP 153 Béthioua – Industrial Zone  of Arzew Oran – Algeria, issues a National and International  Open Invitation to Tender in two (02) stages regarding:

Supply of composite material kits (rigid strips) for reinforcing losses metal and piping reinforcements with accessories for hydrocarbon transport piping repairs

The Specifications may be withdrawn from the address of the pipelines Reparation Department (RCL) Béthioua-Arzew Industrial Zone - Oran or at the Headquarters of the Pipeline Transport Activity/Maintenance Division/Legal Department/Contract Awarding Department Office for Withdrawal of the specifications -SIDI ARCINE - BERAKI - ALGIERS, requested via the following email: SPM.DRC@Sonatrach.dz, no later than (35) days as of the date of publication of the present invitation to Tender notice at BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5,000.00 DA), for Algerian Tenderers, or its equivalent in foreign currency for foreign ones payable by bank transfer to account No. 002 00005 0503264124 59 opened with the External Bank of Algeria located in Djenane El-Malik – Hydra Algiers.

Proof of payments relating to the Specification’s withdrawal (Bank Notices/Cash Payment Slip) must be made out in the name of the tenderer with the reference of this invitation to Tenders.

The submission mode in two steps applies to this invitation to tender.

Concerning the first stage of this invitation to Tender, Technical Offers, without any indication of price, must be submitted in sealed and anonymous envelopes to the address of the Direction Réparation Canalisations BP 153 BETHIOUA Zone Industrielle d’Arzew Oran – Algeria, no later than twenty-one (21) days after the deadline for withdrawal of the invitation to Tender’s file.

The technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail of 3 500.000.00 DZD for Algerian Tenderers or and Twenty-Three Thousand Euros (23 000 Euros) or its equivalent in foreign currency for foreign ones, the validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e. 180 calendar days, with an additional period 30 calendar days.

If the last day of the offers’ submission deadline coincides a day off, it will be postponed to the following workday.

Concerning the 1st stage, the envelopes will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who so wish, at the Opening session which will take place at: la Direction Réparation Canalisations BP 153 BETHIOUA Zone Industrielle d’Arzew Oran.

An invitation letter will be sent to tenders who have withdrawn the specifications to attend.

The submission bail may be submitted by interested candidates on the day of opening of the technical offers.

Concerning the second stage, the envelopes containing the financial offers of tenderers whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend or their duly authorized representatives, during the opening and examination of financial offers which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation.

Tenderers will remain engaged to their offer for a period of 180 calendar days as of the date of opening of the technical offers.
