It is hereby brought to the attention of bidders interested in Invitation to Tender No. 101/APPROS/HMD/2025, for the :

Supply of:

Lot01: Control Valve

Lot02: Spare Parts for Control Valve

Published in BAOSEM No. 2453, that a technical addendum has been introduced to the tender dossier.

This addendum concerns LOT No. 01, which relates to the update of the technical description of the actuators, notably:

Actuator equipped with a cable gland (presse-étoupe).•The cable glands must be metallic, with a diameter suitable for the supplied actuator.The cable glands must be certified.For explosive gaseous atmospheres: Zone 1 & 2For explosive dust atmospheres: Zone 21 & 22 Certified ambient temperature:With black neoprene ring: –60°C to +80°CWith red Viton ring: –20°C to +200°C

Actuator equipped with a batteryThe actuator must be equipped with a rechargeable battery to maintain the valve in its position in the event of power failure or signal loss.

Bidders who have withdrawn the tender documents are requested to take these amendments into consideration when preparing their bids.

All other terms and conditions of the original tender notice remain unchanged and fully valid.
