 NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS

FOR THE CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT À ORDERS

N° 05 /PMA-A/CP2.K/2024

The Sonatrach Company - RPC Activity - Petrochemical Exploitation Division - CP2.K Complex BP n°237 ZI Skikda fax: 038-94 07 16, launches a National and International Open Call for Tenders for the conclusion of a contract à Orders for :

Supply of corrugated sheaths for the CP2 Complex. K.

the Call for Tenders file can be withdrawn from the Passation des Marchés Department - Complex CP2.K ZI BP 237 Skikda 21000 or requested via e-mail CP2K.SPM@sonatrach.dz no later than forty-five (45 ) days from the date of publication of the DAO at BAOSEM, against presentation of a copy of the trade register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of three thousand (3,000.00) Dinars for national bidders and twenty-five (25) Euros for foreign bidders.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the tender dossier must be established in the name of the tenderer.

No later than sixty (60) calendar days before 4:00 p.m. from the date of publication of the invitation to tender

If the day for submitting tenders falls on a public holiday or a weekend (Friday and Saturday), the deadline for submitting tenders will be extended until the next working (working) day.

The inner envelope must bear the name and address of the tenderer.

Tenders under the first stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who wish, at the opening session which will take place at Complexe CP2.K BP 237-SKIKDA.

Tenderers who have withdrawn the tender dossier will be invited, by email, to attend the bid opening session.

The Bidders of which THE offers techniques have summer declared compliant, will be asked to sign a Standing Order Contract.

The Bidders signing the Standing Contract will be invited, if necessary, to submit a financial offer.

Envelopes containing financial offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who so wish at the opening session which will have place To the address CP2.K BP 237-SKIKDA complex.

Bidders signing the Standing Orders Contract will be invited, by email, to attend the bid opening session.

Tenderers will remain committed to their tender for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
