Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields), in 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted competitive prequalification regarding:

Contract for the supply of desemulsifier chemicals

In this prequalification, only the candidates that are selected by Sonatrach/Eni Grouping and whose files are judged acceptable shall be admitted to participate in the selective consultation.

The tenderers that are interested in this prequalification may withdraw the prequalification dossier nearby:

The tendering mode in two steps applies to this invitation to tender.

The candidature files’ reception deadline is fixed in 35 days at 18h00, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

The prequalification dossier’s withdrawal period (the specifications) is 21 days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

All file received after 18h00 on the deadline day shall be considered null and void

The prequalification file, accompanied by the required documents must be deposited at the address mentioned above, in sealed fold carrying the following mention:

The prequalification files’ opening and evaluation shall be done by the internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping without the presence of the tenderers.

All fees generated by the preparation of the file keep on the exclusive charge of the tenderer.

The tenderer must not show o the blacklists of Sonatrach and/ or Eni.
