The National Company Sonatrach, Pipeline Transportation Activity, Exploitation Division – BP 63 Mekmen Benamar wilaya of Naama, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:

Supply of dew point analyzers for water and hydrocarbons

The tenderers may submit for one or both the batches at the same time.

The tenderers must satisfy the following criteria of minimal qualification:

Conformity of the tenderer’s technical offers compared to the technical requirements laid down in the specifications;

Owning a healthy and balanced financial situation or a credit line that is sufficient for them in order to execute the contract without cash flow difficulties;

Owning similar professional references to the specifications;

Conformity of the tenderer’s activity to the specifications’ object;

Owning an administrative file responding to the specifications’ requirements;

Proven experience in the supply and installation of natural gas analyzers.

By any interested prospective tenderer, against the payment of a non-repayable amount of five thousand Algerian dinars (DZD 5000,00), the payment shall be made by transfer into bank account N° : 002 00064 6406462851 67 open at External Bank of Algeria Tlemcen.

Concerning the foreign bidders, the payment shall be made by transfer into bank account IBAN IBAN N°002 000 05 05032 64 124 59, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA) agence Site SH – agence Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Alger (16000) Algérie in favour of Sonatrach .

The tendering mode in single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

Concerning this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope, anonymous and sealed, and carrying the mention:

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

300.000.00 DZD or the equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign tenderers

The validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days. Or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign tenderers, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration.

The technical offers shall be opened 06 weeks as from the date of the publication of this invitation to tender in the Baosem, in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address: Terminal Arrivée, Direction Gazoduc Pedro Duran Farell.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their representatives duly designated during the opening and examination session of the financial offers that shall take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days as of the technical tenders opening date.
