BJSP Company, Société Algérienne de Stimulation des Puits Producteurs d’Hydrocarbures, located in 68 L Chemin Mackley, Sidi Merzoug, El Biar, launches a notice of an opened National and International Call for tender in one stage, intended only for manufacturers and the exclusive representatives of manufacturers, for:

SUPPLY OF DIESEL ENGINES AND AUTOMATIC GEARBOXES In Five (05) Separate batch

The tenderers interested in the present notice of call for tender can withdraw the Specifications upon publication by the bulletin of the Calls for tender of the sector of the Energy and Mines (BAOSEM) from the Procurement Unit (Structure de Passation des Marchés) BJSP- Oued Irara- HASSI MESSAOUD- OUARGLA, or by e-mail against presentation of a documentary evidence of payment of Fifty (50 euro) for the foreign incorporated tenderers and Five Thousands Dinars (5000,00 DA),
a copy of the commercial register and a mandate. (The Banking notice or slips cash payments are mandatory labels to the bidder's name) for the national incorporated tenderers to the account of BJSP to one of the following accounts:

Mode one-stage submission applies to this tender

The tenderers shall forward their technical and financial offers in a single stage.

The technical and commercial offers must be simultaneously submitted.

No modification of the technical offer or the financial offer will be accepted after the deadline of delivery of the offers.

To protect the integrity of the process, the technical offer and the commercial offer, constituting the Tender, must be handed in internal sealed folds, placed in a single sealed anonymous fold and carrying the indications planned in the Specifications, handed by carrier to the following address:

The internal envelope has to contain the initials and the company name of the tenderer, and will contain the offers as well as all the administrative documents, fiscal and Para fiscal taxation required in the present Specifications, dated, initialed and as the case may be, informed.

The outside envelope must be anonymous and contain only the address of the addressee above indicated, and the following mention:

TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER

TENDER - DO NOT OPEN

The deadline of reception of the technical offers is fixed in Forty Five (45) days as from the date of publication of the present notice in the BAOSEM.

Any offer received by BJSP after 4:00 pm on the day of the Submission Deadline will be considered null and void.

The closing date for the withdrawal of the tender documents is Five (05) days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

No other date will be taken in consideration.

Any Tender received after this deadline will be considered as invalid.

The exact date of the meeting of commission will be communicated to the tenderers at the appropriate time.

The tenderers are also informed that any fold reached after the holding of the opening session of folds, even if it is sent before the deadline of sending of the offers, will be considered as not reached and consequently rejected.

The opening of the offers will be held in public meeting in which will be invited the tenderers or their representatives duly appointed.

The tenderers will remain engaged by their offers during a duration of hundred eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers.

The tenders will be reviewed and all the amendments and the other adjustments will be recorded in a Statement.

The internal envelope must mention the company name, the address and: fax or email of the bidders.

The tenderers are informed that during the technical phase they have to supply in support of their Technical offer a bid bond, established by an Algerian Bank, in favor of BJSP; Direction Générale ; Bp 208. Hassi Messaoud; Ouargla. (that is joined in the fold containing the technical offer),

• For Algerian bidders:

1^st Batch :

Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (2,800,000.00 DA)

2^nd Batch:

One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinar (1,250,000.00 DA)

3 ^rd Batch:

Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinar (3 750 000.00 DA)

4^th Batch:

Two Million Seven Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinar (3,750,000.00 DA)

5^th Batch:

Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinar (500,000.00 DA)

• For foreign bidder:

A bid bond, established by an Algerian Bank, in favor of BJSP; Direction Générale ; Bp 208. Hassi Messaoud; Ouargla. (that is joined in the fold containing the technical offer),

1^st Batch :

Nineteen thousand US dollars (19 000,00 USD $)

2^nd Batch:

Eight thousand five hundred US dollars (8 500,00 USD $)

3 ^rd Batch:

Twenty five thousand dollars US dollars (25 000,00 USD $)

4^th batch:

Nineteen thousand US dollars (19 000,00 USD $)

5^th Batch:

Three thousand four hundred (3 400,00 USD $)

For the tenderer who will be awarded the contract, the release of this deposit will be effected upon signature of the Contract or, at the latest, on the date of expiry of the validity of this deposit.

This bond, the validity of which will be one hundred and eighty (180) days from the opening date of tenders,
