National and International Open Invitation to Tender

N° 01/STH-DG/T-DEV/APP/2026 “EXP”

The Company for Hydrocarbons Offshore Terminals Management and Exploitation “STH Jsc” issues a national and international open invitation to tenders regarding:

Supply of dock loading hose in two (02) separate batches:

Batch No. 01: Dock loading hoses (Tanker Rail) with accessories for the Arzew Western Regional Directorate;

Batch No. 02: Dock loading hoses (Flattenable) with accessories for the Skikda Eastern Regional Directorate.

The tender package may be withdrawn from:

On the 60^th day at 10h00 utmost as of the publication of the present notice in the Baosem, by any interested tenderer.

The interested companies may withdraw or receive the tender package upon presentation of the following documents :

A Copy of the electronic trade register in the field covered by this tender;

Payment voucher of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5.000,00 DZD) concerning the Algerian companies or Fifty Euros (50 €) concerning the foreign ones.

The payment shall be made by transfer into bank account N° 002 00070 0702200168 92 open at External Bank of Algeria BEA- Agency El Marsa Arzew 70, N°11, Rue Mohamed Fertas Tourville Arzew –Oran. Algeria.

It is drawn to the tenderers’ knowledge that the payment of the specifications’ withdrawal fees can be done at any bank.

Supporting documents for payments related to the withdrawal of the tender documents (bank statements/cash deposit slips) must be issued in the name of the tenderer.

Technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail (the original of the submission bail)

For Batch No. 01: The amount of submission bail is Four Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (400 000.00 DA) for Algerian law companies, and Two Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Euros (€2 650.00) for foreign companies

For Batch No. 02: The amount of submission bail is wo Hundred Thousand Dinars (200 000.00 DA) for Algerian law companies, and One Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Euros (€1 350.00) for foreign companies

The submission bail validity period is equal to the offers’ validity one, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ opening.

The submission bail can be provided by interested candidates on the day of opening of technical offers.

tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred And Eighty (180) Calendar Days as of the offers’ submission date.
