NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE
PREQ ?NIO n°012 /DVL/DAP/2017

The National Company for Pipelines (ENAC/Jsc) issues a national and international open prequalification notice for the selection of potential candidates to compete for participation in a Selective Consultation regarding:
Supply of electric equipment:

1. Ground network and lightening conductor

2. Transformers medium voltage/ high voltage and low voltage boeard
3. Photovoltaic generators, uninterrupted power supply a,d low voltage board.
The candidate is free to participate in one or several batches

The prequalification file may be withdrawn to ENAC: Direction Juridique (Bureau n°12) (Office n°12) ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein Dey-Alger (Algérie), by any interested prospective bidder, against the payment of a non-repayable amount of three thousand dinars (DZD 3000), upon the presentation of an authorization letter(letter of attorney or delegation) bearing the object of the prequalification ,a copy of the commercial registration and an information sheet signed and sealed by the prime responsible of the company, bearing the following information: company?s name, quality , E-mail phone and fax numbers.

Applications must be submitted to the General Order Office (BOG) at the level of the -General Directorate of the national pipeline company, at the address mentioned above, in sealed envelopes, and clearly marked as follows:

The deadline of applications? receipt is September 2017, 11th at 10h15.
Beyond this date, no application file will be considered (the postmark of the General Office of the BOG makes faith).

The folds containing the application files will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the following address: ENAC Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein-Dey-Alger , on September, 11th 2017 at 10h30.

The result of the prequalification will be published on BAOSEM

Only candidates declared pre-qualified by ENAC will be invited to participate in the Selective Consultation

The unsuccessful candidates will be informed of the pre-qualification results.
