NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS

No. APC25-024-CHM

GROUPEMENT TIMIMOUN, a consortium formed by the companies SONATRACH, TOTAL E&P ALGERIE, and CEPSA Algérie S.L, acting as the "Operator" of the TIMIMOUN gas field (Block-325a and Block-329), hereby informs interested companies of the national and international open call for tenders No. APC25-024-CHM for:

Groupement Timimoun invites interested and eligible bidders, specialized in the field, to submit their expression of interest to participate by sending an email to the following addresses: APC.Appel-offres02@gtim.dz; including the following required documents:

A letter, bearing the company's official stamp, expressing interest in participating.

A copy of the Commercial Register showing the activity code(s) relevant to the subject of this Call for Tenders.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is set at twenty-one (21) days at 03:00 p.m. (Algeria local time), starting from the date of publication of this call for tenders in the BAOSEM (including the day of publication). Any submission received after the deadline date will be considered null and void.

Bidders shall remain committed to their offer for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

All costs incurred for or related to the preparation of the tender file and/or any additional documents that may be requested in this context by Groupement Timimoun will be the sole responsibility of the bidder.
