NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE
PREQ –NIO n°002 /DVL/DAP/2024
The National Company for Pipelines (ENAC/Jsc) issues a national and international open prequalification notice for the selection of potential candidates to compete for participation in a Selective Consultation regarding:
Supply of electricity equipment divided into 10 batches:
Batch 1: Earth network and lightning rod
Batch 2: Photovoltaic generators
Batch 3: Uninterruptible power supplies and charger rectifiers
Batch 4: ADF and non-ADF electrical panels
Batch 5: Electrical cables
Batch 6: ADF and non-ADF lighting
Batch 7: Electrical transformers
Batch 8: Generators
Batch 9: HT cells
Batch 10: Metal cable trays and electrical accessories
The prequalification file may be withdrawn at ENAC: Direction Juridique (Bureau n°12) (Office n°12) ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein Dey-Algiers (Algeria), by any interested candidate, against the payment of a non-refundable amount of three thousand dinars (DZD 3000), upon the presentation of an authorization letter(letter of attorney or delegation) bearing the object of the prequalification ,a copy of the commercial registration and an information sheet signed and sealed by the prime responsible of the company, bearing the following information: company’s name, quality , E-mail phone and fax numbers.
Applications must be submitted to the General Order Office (BOG) at the General Directorate of the national pipeline company, located at : 132, Rue Tripoli- Hussein Dey-Algiers (Algeria), in sealed envelopes, and clearly marked as follows:

Lot 1 : Réseau de terre et paratonnerre
Lot 2 : Générateurs photovoltaïques
Lot 3 : Alimentations sans interruption et redresseurs chargeurs
Lot 4 : Tableaux électriques ADF et non ADF
Lot 5 : Câbles électriques
Lot 6 : Eclairage ADF et non ADF
Lot 7 : Transformateurs électriques
Lot 8 : Groupes électrogène
Lot 9 : Cellules HT
Lot 10 : Chemins de câbles métalliques et accessoires électriques

The deadline of applications’ receipt is fixed on August 20th 2024 at 10h30.
Beyond this date, no application file will be considered (the postmark of the General Office of the BOG makes faith).
The result of the prequalification will be published on BAOSEM
Only candidates declared pre-qualified by ENAC will be invited to participate in the Selective Consultation
The unsuccessful candidates will be informed of the pre-qualification results.
