PREQ -NIO N° 11/PRC/SPM/DEP/GCB/2020

Providing for the Preselection of Suppliers for the Equipment.

Lot 01: Distribution box

• Lot 02: Photovoltaic power system

• Lot 03: Photovoltaic lighting

• Lot 04: NI-CA battery

• Lot 05: Lightning protection system (Lightning conductor)

• Lot 06: ADF lighting equipment

• Lot 07: Non-ADF lighting equipment


The bidding documents can be withdrawn at the following address: 24 Route de corso Boudouaou, W.Boumerdes 35000 and at the latest (30) thirty days from the date of publication of this notice of pre-qualification on the BAOSEM by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5,000.00 DA) Five thousand Algerian dinars.The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account GCB BEA N ° 002 00111 1112200044/27 Boumerdes II agency for Algerian companies and (50 €) fifty Euros for foreign bidders in the bank account of GCB BEA N ° 002000 82 82 120000 11-92 Rouiba EL KENZ agency.



Applicants must submit only the technical offer, accompanied by the administrative and fiscal documents mentioned in the specifications.

The technical offers will be opened and evaluated by the ad-hoc committee.



Technically selected bidders will be shortlisted and consulted for all services subject to this pre-qualification.


Pre-selected bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of three (03) years from the date of submission of bids.


nB : GCB reserves the right to terminate the bidding process at any stage for reasons of which it alone is the sole judge.
