Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), as the Operator for the conduct and the execution of the joint operations between SONATRACH and PTTEP for the exploitation period in Hassi Bir Rekaiz permit in Blocks 443a, 424a, 414ext & 415ext located in El Oued/Ouargla region approximately 250 km (road distance) from Hassi Messaoud, issues a National and International open Invitation to Tender for:

SUPPLY OF FIBERGLASS TUBING FOR WATER PRODUCER WELLS

Tenderers interested in this Invitation to Tender are invited to send a request for the tender package to the e-mail address below:

for the attention of the Procurement & Contracts Department and, submit together in the email request the following documents:

- Letter of request for the tender package duly signed and stamped by Tenderer including contact details (email address, office and mobile telephone numbers of contact person)

- Notarized Trade / Commercial Registration Certificate for the Supply of Fiberglass Tubing for Water Producer Wells

Tenderers are required to confirm the intention to submit Tenders (Technical & Commercial Proposals) within Seven (7) days after receipt of tender package. Only Tenderers who confirm to submit Tenders will be involved in the tender clarification process.

The mode of submission of Tenders (Technical & Commercial Proposals) shall be in single stage strictly following the procedures specified in the Instructions to Tenderer.

The deadline for receipt of Tenders shall be Thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Invitation to Tender in BAOSEM with the release date included in the calculation of the deadline for receipt of offers.

Any Tenders received after the deadline for receipt of Tenders will be considered null and void. GHBR’s stamp is the only factor determining the time of receipt.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their Tenders for a period of Eight (8) months from the deadline for receipt of Tenders.
