NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

NO. 23/A/2025

The Algerian Industrial Project Implementation Company (SARPI SPA) is issuing a National and International Open Invitation to Tender."No. 23/A/2025" regarding :

Supply of Forklift Trucks, divided into two (02) batches:

Batch (01): Six Telescopic Forklift Trucks 4x4 06 Tonnes

Batch (02): Ten 4x4 07 Ton Forklifts

The Tender Documents may be collected from the SARPI headquarters located at 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani – Hydra, Algiers, and no later than January 13^th 2025, by any interested candidate, upon presentation of a copy of the trade register for the activity, the candidate's wet stamp, a delegation of authority in the case of a mandated person, signed by the first person in charge, and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of (Fifteen Thousand Algerian Dinars) 15 000.00 DA for Algerian tenderers (One Hundred and Fifty Euros) €150 for foreign tenderers by bank transfer to the BEA bank account, Hydra Agency 005, Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tenders.

Under this Invitation to Tenders, technical offers, without any price indication, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single envelope, addressed to or delivered to the following address: SARPI, located at 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani – Hydra, Algiers, no later than January 14^th 2025, 23rd, 2025. at 10:00

For Algerian tenderers, technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail in the amount of:

Batch (01): One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 500 000.00 DA)

Batch (02): Two Million Algerian Dinars (2 000 000.00 DA).

Established for the benefit of SARPI, the validity period is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred and Twenty (120) days, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

For foreign tenderers, the amount of the submission bail is:

Batch 01: Fifteen Thousand (15 000) Euros or the equivalent in US Dollars

Batch 02: Twenty Thousand (20 000) Euros or the equivalent in US Dollars

The offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who so wish at the opening session to be held at the following address: SARPI SPA, 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani – Hydra, Algiers, on January 14^th, 2026, at 10:30 AM. tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred And Twenty (120) Days from the initial deadline for submitting technical and financial offers, plus an additional Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
