The National Company of geophysics initiates a National and International Open Competitive invitation to tender n° 10/DAGS/INVEST/2025, relating to:

Supply of forty-eight (48) various trucks and one (01) batch of accompanying parts, divided into four (04) Batch’s:

Batch n° 01: Forty (40) 4x4 flatbed trucks.

Batch n° 02: Two (02) 6x6 off -road refrigerated trucks capacity 28m³, double sleeper.

Batch n° 03: Two (02) 6x6 flatbed trucks.

Batch n° 04: Four (04) 6x6 flatbed trucks with crane.

Interested tenderers by this bid can withdraw specifications from:

E.NA.GEO-Dpt Passation des Marchés, BP 140, Zone Industrielle, Hassi Messaoud or dl-dpm@enageo.com, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of five thousand (5 000) Dinars for the Algerian company or Eighty (80) dollars (or currency equivalent) for foreign company, into one of these following accounts:

Excluded companies from SONATRACH Group deals are not allowed to participate in this bid.

Bid guarantee: Compulsory

For national bidders:

Batch n° 01 : 24 000 000,00 DZD,

Batch n° 02 : 1 750 000,00 DZD,

Batch n° 03 : 1 500 000,00 DZD,

Batch n° 04 : 4 000 000,00 DZD.

For foreign bidders:

Batch n° 01 : 165 520,00 USD,

Batch n° 02 : 12 100,00 USD,

Batch n° 03 : 10 400,00 USD,

Batch n° 04 : 27 600,00 USD.

The currency is in USD or equivalent with another convertible foreign currency equal to the amount indicated.

The tender process will be done in one step with simultaneous delivery of technical and financial offer.

The original bid bond is an integral part of the technical offer.

Only bidders submitting compliant technical bids will be subject to open of their financial offers.

Technical offers must not bear any reference to the price.

The financial offer must scrupulously respect the commercial canvas attached in the specification.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the best bidder.

Both technical and financial offers which constitute the whole submission must be put in two inner separated and sealed envelopes and placed in one outer envelope, this latter must be sealed and anonymous, bearing only the following address and marks:

The closing date of submission is Thirty (30) days from the publication date in the BAOSEM

In case the deadline falls on a holiday or a legal holiday, the folds can be deposited the next business day. 

The folds opening will be made on the time, the day and at the address which will be subsequently communicated to bidders; it will be made in public session and bidders or their duly appointed representatives will be invited to that effect.

Tenderers will remain committed to their bids for one hundred and eighty (180) days, from the folds opening date.
