Batch No. 01: Four (04) gripper forklifts (CARY LIFT type).

Batch No. 02: Two (02) forklifts (Container carriers)  Stacker type.

no later than forty (40) calendar days, before 3:00 p.m. from the first publication, in paper format, of this notice in the Energy and Mining Tenders Bulletin (BAOSEM), by any interested tenderer, against payment of a non-refundable amount of:

One hundred euros (100 €), for foreign tenderers, 

Fifteen thousand five hundred Algerian dinars (15 500 DZD), for tenderers subject to Algerian law,

Proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the Tender Document (Bank Notice/ Cash Payment Slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Tender documents will only be submitted to the only representative duly authorised by the tenderer wishing to take part in this invitation to tender. The mandate must contain the details of the tenderer (professional e-mail, fax number and telephone) 

Tenderers appearing on the list of companies excluded from participation in the contract award processes of SONATRACH and its subsidiaries cannot withdraw this this Call for Tenders.

The one (01) single stage submission mode, with simultaneous submission of the  

 technical offer and the financial offer, applies to this Call for Tenders.

Interested companies can bid for one batch or all batches, they must indicate clearly in  the submission letter.

Under this invitation to tender, technical tenders, without any indication of price and financial tenders, accompanied by the documents required in the tender documents, must be inserted in sealed inner folds, separated (1^st Cover: Technical Offer, 2nd Cover: Financial Offer) and placed in a single anonymous sealed outer cover bearing, only the following indication:

TECHNICAL/FINANCIAL OFFER

The deadline for the submission of tenders is sixty (60) calendar days, before 3:00 p.m. from the first publication in paper format of this notice in the Energy Sector Tender Bulletin (BAOSEM).

In all cases, the receipt stamp of the central office of the Production Division or of the office of receipt of tenders shall be authentic.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

In the event that the closing date coincides with a holiday and/or day off, the covers will be deposited the next business day.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

The foreign tenderers: will provide a bid bond of an amount of:

Batch No. 01: Thirty-six thousand five hundred ten (36 510 Euros).

Batch No. 02: Sixteen thousand four hundred and thirty (16 430 Euros).

The tenderers subject to Algerian law: will provide a bid bond of an amount of:

Batch No. 01:  Five million four hundred and forty thousand (5 440 000 Algerian Dinars).

Batch No. 02 : Two million four hundred forty-eight thousand (2 448 000 Algerian Dinars).

The period of validity shall be equal to the period of validity of the tenders, that is, one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of opening of the envelopes containing the technical tenders with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

The bank guarantee for submission must be submitted in the envelope containing the technical offer, by the interested bidders or their authorized representatives, on the day of the meeting of the technical offers opening committee.

The technical offers and the financial offers must contain the documents listed in the Call for Tenders file.

The technical bid envelopes will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who so wish, at the opening session, the location and date of which will be communicated to them by invitation letter (and/or Email).

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives, to be held on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation, which will be addressed only to tenderers whose technical bids have been declared compliant with the requirements of the Tender Document.

Tenderers will remain committed to their tender for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the deadline for submission of technical tenders.
